• Strong GP management knowledge to hit sales targets.

• Experience in line management to coach and develop a high-performing team.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• OND/HND is a bonus, but experience matters more.

Responsibilities

• Financial Control: manage and improve controllable costs including stock, food and labour.
• Team Leadership: lead, coach, train and inspire kitchen team to deliver excellence.
