• Lead menu development to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals using fresh ingredients.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences for students and staff.
• Drive commercial growth through targeted promotions and value-added events.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation through regular audits.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as Stir’s on-site representative.
