Job summary

Stirfood is seeking a Catering Assistant to be the face of service, delivering excellent customer service while preparing delicious and nutritious meals with fresh ingredients. You will support the team, serve at the till, and help in meal preparation, all while keeping the kitchen clean and safe.

Training will be provided for tills and DBS requirements apply. The role is Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week during term-time (38 weeks per year).

Role Responsibility

Service Excellence: Work as a dynamic part of the team to create a fantastic dining experience for all our students and staff—you’re key to lunchtime happiness!

Customer Champion: Serve food and operate thetills(don't worry, we provide full training!).

Culinary Support:Jump in and assist the chefs with meal preparation, playing a vital role in bringing our delicious menus to life.

Keep it Sparkling: Ensure a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times.

• Safety First:Adhering to all guidelines, including Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies.

The Ideal Candidate
