Job summary

Stir is seeking a Catering Assistant to be the face of our service, delivering excellent customer service while helping prepare high-quality meals. You’ll support dining experiences for students and staff, work with the team to ensure swiftness at the till, and assist chefs with meal prep in a clean, safe kitchen.

We value friendly, versatile individuals with energy for a fast-paced environment and a willingness to train in health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
• Previous catering or food service experience is a bonus.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is great but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Service Excellence: create a fantastic dining experience for students and staff.
• Customer Champion: serve food and operate the tills (training provided).
• Culinary Support: assist chefs with meal preparation.
• Keep it Sparkling: maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
