The Catering Assistant will handle customer interactions at tills, assist with basic food prep, and help maintain a clean, compliant kitchen while contributing to a friendly school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or fast-paced service.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is preferred but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at the till during service (training provided).
• Provide friendly, polite customer service to students and staff.
• Assist the team with basic food preparation.
• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment meeting Health and Safety compliance.
