Job summary

Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, part of Tapestry Learning Partnership, is seeking a motivated caretaker to help keep the campus safe, secure and well‑maintained. You’ll support day‑to‑day site operations: general maintenance, minor repairs, room setup, and handling deliveries.

The role involves monitoring building systems and upholding cleaning standards to create a welcoming learning environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facilities roles is preferred.
• Ability to manage daily tasks independently and respond to needs.
• Reliable, practical and safety-conscious with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site security and inspect building systems.
• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs.
• Oversee cleaning standards and help with deliveries and porterage.
