Working hours total 35 per week across 6:00am–9:15am and 14:45pm–18:30pm, Monday to Friday, on site at

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar caretaking setting.
• Ability to carry out maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to undertake Health and Safety training.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day to day maintenance and minor repairs.
• Cleaning duties will be required.
• Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
• Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
• Painting and Decorating required.
• Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
• Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and having a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety, all training will be provided.
• Opening and securing the premises as required.
