Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking or facilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the school premises, including keys and alarm systems.
• Carry out daily checks of buildings and grounds.
• Undertake minor repairs and general maintenance.
• Identify and report defects and arrange repairs.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Support contractors and oversee basic grounds maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies such as leaks or power failures.
