Responsibilities

• Designated key holder with responsibility to lock/unlock premises.
• Set security alarm systems as required.
• Respond to security alarm or other call outs.
• Carry out regular health and safety checks and report deficiencies.
• Monitor utilities readings (fuel, electricity, water) and report anomalies.
• Monitor stock of cleaning materials and arrange replacement.
• Arrange collection of waste and ensure clean premises.
• Provide general cleaning duties as part of duties.
