Responsibilities

• Carry out a full range of duties to provide for high standards of cleanliness and general security and maintenance of school premises.
• Include handy person activities and cleaning duties.
• Designated key holder responsibilities including locking and unlocking premises.
• Set and monitor security alarm systems; respond to alarms or call outs.
• Carry out regular health & safety checks and identify any deficiencies.
• Monitor fuel, electricity, water readings and stock of cleaning materials.
• Arrange collection of waste.
