Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is recruiting a dedicated School Caretaker in Brigend to manage site opening and closing, carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs, and ensure the school grounds are tidy and safe.

The role requires health and safety awareness, ability to work independently, and flexibility to support the school’s needs. This temporary position offers weekly PAYE payments and an enhanced DBS check funded by Manpower, with an immediate start date.

Location: Brigend Hours: Full time. 5.15 am - 1.15 pm, Monday to Friday Salary: £14.14 per hour Contract: Temporary

• Be practical and confident carrying out basic repairs and maintenance tasks
• Have a good understanding of health and safety responsibilities
• Be organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Possess good communication skills and a positive approach
• Be flexible to support the needs of the school

Additional Information

Weekly pay (PAYE)

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. Manpower covers the cost of the DBS. The role offers an immediate start date subject to the above.
