Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Basic preparation of food and beverages for meals and snacks.
• Simple cooking and reconstitution of prepared food.
• Organising and controlling food service points and serving meals.
• Transferring and serving meals, including transported meals.
• Maintaining hygiene in kitchen and dining areas, cleaning equipment.
• Completing administration and recording temperatures as required.
• Complying with legal requirements and codes of practice.
