We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Good-rated Primary School in Birmingham (B12) seeking an experienced School Business Manager (SBM) to join their leadership team on a full-time basis from the start of the 2026 academic year.
This position has arisen to provide cover for the current SBM, who is currently absent due to sickness. As there is no confirmed return date at present, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a School Business Manager seeking a long-term assignment, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The school is looking for a confident and capable professional who can quickly integrate into the school environment and provide effective leadership across all aspects of school business management.
As School Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic and operational management of the school, ensuring that financial, administrative, HR, premises and compliance functions run efficiently and effectively.
