Job summary

The Education Network is partnering with a wonderful Special School in Birmingham to recruit a School Business Manager who will support the Headteacher with day-to-day operations. You will lead HR, Health & Safety, Facilities and Admin, delivering CPD to staff, attending SLT meetings, and promoting high standards across the school.

Are you an experienced School Business Manager looking for a new opportunity in in a welcoming and supportive environment? The Education Network is delighted to be working in partnership with a wonderful Special School, that is looking to recruit a new School Business Manager to support the Headteacher with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a School Business Manager who has experience with school Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Facilities Management.

As the School Business Manager at this school you will be running a small team of office staff and site staff and working closely with the Headteacher to oversee daily operations. This school requires a Business Manager who has previous experience within the education sector and understands the HR processes of Birmingham Schools. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an excellent team in a successful Special School.
