The Education Network is partnering with a wonderful Special School in Birmingham to recruit a School Business Manager who will support the Headteacher with day-to-day operations and oversee HR, Health & Safety, and Facilities management.

You will lead a small team of office staff and site staff, working closely with the Headteacher to uphold daily operations and safeguarding standards in the school environment.

• Experience in school HR processes and Birmingham school HR practices.
• Experience leading a team of office/site staff and working with a Headteacher.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and high standards in a school setting.

School Business Manager - Birmingham

Are you an experienced School Business Manager looking for a new opportunity in a welcoming and supportive environment? The Education Network is delighted to be working in partnership with a wonderful Special School, that is looking to recruit a new School Business Manager to support the Headteacher with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a School Business Manager who has experience with school Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Facilities Management. As the School Business Manager at this school you will be running a small team of office staff and site staff and working closely with the Headteacher to oversee daily operations. This school requires a Business Manager who has previous experience within the education sector and understands the HR processes of Birmingham Schools. Job Role:
