An established primary school in Marlow seeks a dedicated School Business Manager to provide strategic support to the Headteacher and leadership team. This role encompasses financial management, human resources, and estates management, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving efficiency through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and HR, along with experience in a school environment. We are looking for an experienced School Business Manager to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Marlow.
As a School Business Manager, you'll provide strategic support to the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, and Governing Body. Your focus will span across financial management, human resources, and estates management.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a school and a proven track record in Finance and HR. They will be driven, determined and solutions focused.
This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday 8am - 3:30pm (with some flexibility for the right candidate) with the option to work from home during school holidays.
Salary is £32,192 - £43,759 depending on skills and experience.
