School Business Manager - Honeywell Schools Federation
About Us

Permanent, full-time, all-year-round position with holiday flexibility

Flexible start date, ideally between July and August 2025

Reporting to: Head Teachers and Governing Body

Honeywell Schools are seeking a highly qualified and skilled School Business Manager. This unique role involves managing the finance and administration of two successful Foundation schools sharing the same site near Clapham Common in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

We seek an innovative individual capable of creative thinking and team management. Experience in an educational environment is essential, and knowledge of SIMS would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the senior leadership teams of both schools and the governing body to ensure effective resource utilization, environmental sustainability, and the delivery of improvement plans.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, flexible, and possess strong communication and IT skills. The School Business Manager contributes strategically by:

  1. Leading Finance, Personnel, Administration, and Premises
  2. Managing Health and Safety, HR, and Compliance
  3. Leading the Administration Team
  4. Supporting Governors
