Your Salary

• Competitive pro rata salary paid weekly throughout the year.
• You will get paid £17 per hour.

More About The Role

• You will be driving one of the school’s morning and afternoon bus routes.
• You will be responsible for the basic cleanliness and presentation of your vehicle, ensuring our young passengers have a safe and clean environment to travel.
• The role is a permanent, school term-time, Monday to Friday role.
• You’ll get 5.6 weeks holiday (including statutory bank holidays), to be taken during school holidays.
• Guaranteed 25 hours per week, 20 hour contracts can be arranged if required.
• Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), which Stagecoach will pay for in full.
• Applicants must have a full Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

* Details of the Sign-On Bonus

• 1st payment of £600 will be made after 6 months of driving for Stagecoach.
• 2nd payment of £600 will be made after 12 months of driving for Stagecoach.
• Applicants must hold a valid PCV licence and Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
• If the successful applicant leaves Stagecoach employment before 6 months, the first part of the bonus will not be paid.
• If the successful applicant leaves Stagecoach employment after 6 months but before 12 months, then the second part of the bonus will not be paid.
• Full details of the Sign On Bonus will be shared at the interview.
