Part-Time School Bus Driver

What We Offer: FLEXIBILITY

• Paid CDL training ($6,000.00 value)
• 20-25 hours per week
• Split shifts: 5:30am-9:00am & 1:00 pm-5:00 pm (exact hours depend on route)

• Pay rates up to $31.00 per hour

Requirements

• Age 21+ and have held a driver's license for 3+ consecutive years
• Satisfactory driving record (no suspensions)
• Ability to pass drug test, CORI & SORI checks
• CDL B with S&P endorsements (paid CDL training provided)

Responsibilities

• Operate school bus safely and timely, following prescribed routes
• Assess traffic, monitor student behavior, and adapt as necessary
• Follow all traffic laws and safety standards, including DOT and district requirements
• Maintain proper certifications and adhere to federal and state guidelines
• Assist passengers as needed
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and safety checks
