Job summary

Aspris is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join Queenswood School and Talocher School. The role supports children and young people with autism, across two sites, with options for 2–3 days per week or full-time five days per week.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic OT services, complete assessments, and develop personalised programmes to support regulation, self-care, and life skills. Regular supervision and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified and registered Occupational Therapist.
• Interest in child development and sensory processing needs.
• Experience with paediatric, learning disability or Autism services (Desirable).
• Experience working with children and young people with Autism and complex needs (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver child-centred Occupational Therapy to support engagement in meaningful activity.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team across educational and care settings.
• Conduct specialist assessments and develop intervention plans for ASD and related needs.
• Monitor progress and write reports for bespoke student programmes.
• Flexible working between Queenswood School and Talocher School.
