Job summary

Quay View School is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy team. We welcome passionate, caring professionals who can work closely with another Occupational Therapist and other staff to support students with autism and SEMH needs.

You will be HCPC registered with a BSc Occupational Therapy, and you should have experience working with young people with complex needs. The role involves delivering and reviewing therapeutic provisions, with opportunities to train colleagues onsite

Qualifications

• HCPC registered and holder of a BSc in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience and knowledge of ASD and sensory processing disorders.
• Experience with young people with complex needs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess, deliver and review therapeutic provision for students.
• Provide onsite profession-specific training to colleagues when required.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support students’ therapy needs.
