Job summary

Birmingham Community Health Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking staff to join the Special School Nursing Service, supporting children with enteral feeds during the school day. You will work as part of a team delivering safe, person-centred care and assist with growth monitoring of children within the Healthy Child Programme.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care support to children/young people requiring enteral feeds during the school day.
• Work as part of a team delivering high standards of care and contribute to growth measurement within the Healthy Child Programme.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams within a special school and other establishments under the Team Leader, reporting relevant information.
• Undertake administrative duties to enable the service to function effectively.
