  • Carrying out attendance-related administration, record keeping and reporting

We are seeking a proactive, organised and approachable School Attendance Officer to join a specialist alternative provision in Ealing. The school supports young people who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education, with a strong focus on improving engagement, attendance, behaviour and educational outcomes.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and families and understands the importance of good attendance in helping pupils make progress. You will play a key role in monitoring attendance, identifying concerns at an early stage and working positively with pupils, parents and professionals to improve attendance and engagement.

You will be joining a supportive team where strong relationships, communication and a child-centred approach are highly valued.
