We are seeking a proactive, organised and approachable School Attendance Officer to join a specialist alternative provision in Ealing. The school supports young people who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education, with a strong focus on improving engagement, attendance, behaviour and educational outcomes.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and families and understands the importance of good attendance in helping pupils make progress.
