Forever Education is working with a successful secondary school in Luton to appoint an experienced Attendance Officer. You will join its pastoral and attendance team to improve attendance and punctuality across the school.
This role requires strong admin skills, data interpretation and confident communication with pupils, parents and staff. It is permanent with 37 hours per week, term time + 5 INSET days, and a salary of £27,673–£30,020 actual.

You must have previous Attendance Officer experience working in a School to be considered for this role.

Working alongside an experienced Attendance Officer and a senior member of the school's leadership team, you will play a key role in monitoring and improving whole-school attendance and punctuality.
