Ace Academics Consultancy is seeking an Attendance Officer / Attendance Administrator for a role in East London. You will monitor and manage daily pupil attendance, maintain accurate records using Arbor MIS, and follow up unexplained absences by contacting parents or carers.

The post requires safeguarding awareness and collaboration with pastoral and SLT teams. The ideal candidate will have strong Arbor MIS experience, familiarity with attendance data, and excellent IT and organisational skills

Competenze

• Strong working knowledge of Arbor MIS
• Experience with pupil attendance, absence and attendance data
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Strong organisational abilities and accuracy
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage daily pupil attendance and absence
• Maintain accurate attendance records using Arbor MIS
• Follow up unexplained absences and contact parents/carers
• Monitor persistent absence and support attendance interventions
• Produce attendance reports and maintain accurate pupil data
• Liaise with pastoral, safeguarding and senior leadership teams
• Provide general school administrative support where required
