Job summary

Tupton Hall School is recruiting an Attendance Officer to support the monitoring and tracking of student attendance and to work with families to comply with attendance laws and requirements. The role sits within the Redhill Academy Trust and offers CPD opportunities.

The post is 37 hours per week, permanent, term time (part-time hours considered), starting 4 January 2027, with pay on the Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale Band 8 (Points 36-40).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C including English and Maths or equivalent.
• Experience of working to Policy and Procedures.
• Experience of working with third party service providers.
• Supportive teams and professional networks.

• Recognition and celebration of your achievements.
• Enhanced DBS and child barred list checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to monitor and track student attendance.
• Work with families to comply with attendance laws, codes and requirements.
