The Learning Community Trust – Wrekin View Primary School is inviting applications for a School Administrator. The role is 32.5 hours per week, 08:00–15:00, Monday to Friday, term time plus 5 inset days, with a Scale 4 salary.
As the first point of contact for visitors and staff you will provide professional administrative support, coordinate staff cover, manage absence records and assist senior leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a welcoming school environment.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional School Administrator to join our dedicated support team. This is a varied and rewarding role that is central to the smooth day-today running of the school.
As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff and external agencies you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient school environment. Alongside providing high-quality administrative support, you will coordinate staff cover arrangements, manage absence administration and support senior leaders in ensuring the school operates effectively every day.
