We are looking to appoint a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our happy and forward-thinking academy. The successful candidate will work under the direction and instruction of senior staff to provide a warm, professional front-of-house welcome and efficient administrative support.
The successful applicant will:
Act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional reception service.
Assist with general office duties, including managing incoming telephone calls, responding to emails, distribution of mail, and maintaining school databases and registers.
Maintain secure visitor entry protocols, monitor attendance, and help ensure the safety and welfare of children within our care.
Ensure a clean, tidy, and organized reception and office environment conducive to fostering good Health and Safety practices.
Contribute to and support the strong Catholic ethos of our academy.
Work in close partnership with pupils, staff, parents, and governors.
