Sage Pub is seeking a Peer Review Systems Assistant in London. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and supporting the ScholarOne Manuscripts platform and other online peer review systems for journals.

You will engage with internal teams and authors, respond to queries via a ticketing system, and monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality service. Hybrid working is available with benefits including leave and learning support.

Formación

• Customer-facing experience in a ticketing environment.
• Interest in academic publishing and understanding industry challenges.
• Ability to digest large amounts of information.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Peer-Review Systems Manager with roll-out of ScholarOne Manuscripts and other platforms for journals annually.
• Support Journals Editorial and Journals Production with queries about online peer review systems.
• Respond to queries from authors via the ticketing system to maintain high-quality service.
• Monitor turnaround times, peer review standards and survey results.
• Provide help and guidance to users of the ScholarOne platform.
• Attend meetings with editors to demo and advise on platform use.
• Support department-wide initiatives and projects.
