Sage is seeking a Peer Review Systems Assistant to support the rollout and operation of ScholarOne Manuscripts and other online peer review platforms. You will handle queries, assist editors, and help monitor performance while working within a hybrid London-based team.

The role requires strong customer support, clear communication, and comfort with IT systems. Salary starts at £29,700 with a probation increase to £31,800, and applications close soon.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, ideally in a ticketing environment (helpdesk).
• Excellent communication and ability to digest complex information.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Peer-Review Systems Manager with ScholarOne Manuscripts rollout.
• Support Journals Editorial and Production Departments with system queries.
• Respond to authors and stakeholders via ticketing system to maintain high-quality service.
• Monitor turnaround times and report on peer review standards.
• Provide help and advice on the ScholarOne platform.
