Hiscox Group Underwriting is seeking a Performance Analyst for a 12‑month fixed term contract in London. You will support underwriting reporting and lead strategic analytics projects to provide clear visibility to the Group CUO for informed decision making.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, experience in insurance analytics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business performance across the global Hiscox portfolio.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of experience in underwriting or analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong MS Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of insurance P&L and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Support core underwriting reporting for the Group CUO.
• Own delivery of strategic analytics projects as needed.
• Provide visibility to the Group CUO for focused discussions on results.
• Partner with stakeholders across units to drive corrective actions.
