Job summary

Radius Housing in Belfast is seeking a Scheme Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of our independent living schemes, helping tenants live confidently and safely in their own homes.

You will coordinate on-site housing services, social events, inductions, and liaise with statutory or voluntary agencies as needed to support residents in emergencies. The role includes overseeing the scheme environment for safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience (in the last 6 years) in a paid or unpaid capacity.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English and Maths or equivalent.
• AND a minimum of 2 years relevant experience (in the last 6 years) in a paid or unpaid capacity.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the schemes to enable tenants to live confidently and independently.
• Coordinate on-site housing services and social events for tenants.
• Arrange tailored welcome/induction on moving in and liaise with statutory or voluntary agencies when needed.
• Oversee the scheme environment to ensure safety, cleanliness and a well-maintained living space.
