Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Scheduling Administrator to join the Workforce Management function. The role focuses on accurately scheduling staff, maintaining up-to-date data, and coordinating with the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery across sites.

You will respond to changes promptly and support payroll accuracy while upholding licensing requirements. Ideal candidates are organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance client needs with employee availability.

  • Support the management of on-call and escalation processes to resolve scheduling issues
  • Ensure personnel are trained and compliant with licensing requirements
  • Monitor rostering accuracy and reduce payroll queries and errors

Job Description

Whatyou’llbe doing:

  • Accurately schedule and roster employees,ensuring full coverage across sites at all times
  • Respond quickly to absences, changes, and last-minute requests, keeping operations running smoothly
  • Act as a first point of contact for workforce queries, providing support to employees and stakeholders
  • Maintainaccuraterecords within the WFM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and reliable
  • Support the management of on-call and escalation processes to resolve scheduling issues
  • Help ensure all personnel are correctly trained and compliant with licensing requirements
  • Monitor and improve rostering accuracy, helping reduce payroll queries and errors
  • Proactivelyidentifygaps in coverage and support solutions to address them
  • Assistwithtempand ad-hoc work allocation, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
  • Support payroll processes by ensuringaccuratedata input and query resolution
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure alignment across operations
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, andhigh standards

Qualifications

Whatyou’llbring:

  • Good IT skills and experience working with systemsor the ability to learn new ways of working at pace(WFM experience a plus)
  • Excellentproblem-solving and time management abilities
  • A proactive and flexible approach
  • The confidence to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to utilise MS Packages, Outlook, etc.
  • 5-year Checkable Employment history with no gaps or the ability to cover any gaps in employment.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
