The successful applicant will be part of a multi-functional team providing outpatient clinic appointments to our patients together with chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment slots.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable and flexible and able to communicate with colleagues and patients on the phone, by letter, email or in person.
The department uses Mosaiq, Maxims, EPRO, Radar and Q Pulse and training will be delivered on all systems.

Good general education and computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
ECDL or similar
NVQ 2 or similar in Business Administration
Dealing with customers/general public.
Previous office experience.
Use of computers.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Communication Skills
Evidence of a good standard of Literacy / English language skills
Pleasant telephone manner
Good Team Worker
Ability to communicate with staff at all levels and with patients both verbally and written.
