SCHEDULER/PLANNER – STOCKPORT – PERMANENT

We are working with a well established company based in Stockport, who are looking for an experienced to join their team as they expand.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Working to weekly KPI’s
• Supporting clients and contractors with queries, acting as the first point of contact
• Inputting new jobs onto the in-house system
• Responding to phone calls and ensuring jobs are completed in the desired time frame
• Chasing contractors for updates.
• Arranging for quotes and processing invoices for completed jobs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience from a customer service background. You must have excellent communications skills and a meticulous attention to detail. In return, you will receive a great benefits package including free onsite parking, and quarterly socials.
