Salford City College Group is seeking a SCBI Coach for an 36-hour, term-time fixed-term role across multiple locations, including Eccles Sixth Form College and City Skills Campus. The post focuses on embedding inclusive practice, identifying learner needs and coaching staff to support SEND learners in mainstream provision.

The role emphasizes working with learners and staff to create inclusive classrooms, with progressive pay steps and a pro rata salary.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time coaching, intervention and support to teachers to embed inclusive practice across the group.
• Support early identification of learner needs and collaborate with curriculum, pastoral and Learning Support teams.
• Help ensure that students with SEND access high-quality, inclusive learning within mainstream provision.
