Job summary

Salford City College is seeking a Head of Inclusion to lead the Learning Support department across multiple campuses (Future Skills, Eccles, City Skills, Worsley, Pendleton Sixth Form).

The role drives inclusive practice, oversees a team of Inclusion Support Assistants, and ensures SEND/EHCP needs are met with high-quality personalised support for learners with complex needs. Permanent, term-time role, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and staff the Learning Support department.
• Develop a team of Inclusion Support Assistants (ISAs).
• Ensure SEND, EHCPs, and high-need learners receive tailored support.
• Champion inclusive practice across the college to empower learners.
