Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech or complex multi-product ecosystems.
• Proven track record in Partner/Channel Education or adoption-focused PMM.
• Ability to build frameworks from scratch and manage cross-functional stakeholders (PMM, GTM, Product Enablement).
• Proven impact beyond vanity metrics (activation, retention, expansion).
• Hands-on with automation, learning platforms and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Scaled Learning Engine: design multi-format learning pathways across the UK/EMEA.
• Drive commercial growth & retention through learning initiatives and metrics.
