eFinancialCareers is seeking a Partner Education Strategist to architect, build and scale an end-to-end partner learning engine across the UK and international markets. You will design the overarching education architecture that translates complex platform features, product launches, workflow bottlenecks and regulatory changes into high-converting learning paths.

This hybrid London role starts ASAP on a 12-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech or complex multi-product digital ecosystems.
• Proven track record in Partner Education or adoption-focused PMM.
• Ability to build frameworks from scratch and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on with automation, LMS platforms, and AI-driven workflows.

• Architect the Scaled Learning Engine: design multi-format learning pathways for UK/EMEA.
• Drive Commercial Growth & Retention: tie training to activation, adoption and retention metrics.
• Bridge Product, Regulatory & GTM: translate software workflows and regulatory changes into structured curricula.
• Establish Repeatable, Localised Frameworks: create modular content models for international rollout.
• Leverage AI & Modern Learning Tech: integrate AI tools to accelerate planning and measure engagement.
