Job summary

EF Recruitment is partnering with a Global SaaS organisation to lead Partner Education & Scaled Learning across the UK and international markets. The role architected the end-to-end scaled education strategy, turning product updates into actionable learning journeys and driving revenue growth.

You will own the education content architecture, combine practitioner insight with platform expertise, and collaborate across PMM, GTM, Product Enablement, and external vendors to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or multi-product environments driving growth through customer or partner education.
• Proven ability to connect educational touchpoints to business growth: adoption, active usage, retention, revenue.
• Deep empathy for practitioner audiences and ability to understand technical workflows and regulatory updates.
• Hands-on creator with expertise across digital learning platforms, vendor management, and cross-functional delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and execute multi-format learning paths across owned channels and industry platforms.
• Translate complex platform updates and regulatory changes into practical, engaging educational content.
• Lead scaled education touchpoints, partnering with PMM, GTM, Product Enablement, and external vendors.
• Embed learning into automated nurture streams, onboarding journeys, and adoption pathways during the customer lifecycle.
• Build modular content architectures and scalable production models for localised learning journeys across countries.
• Define and track the business impact of scaled education beyond attendance (activation, adoption, retention, pipeline).
• Utilise analytics and AI tools to optimise performance and content production.
