Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is seeking an experienced Process Technologist to help upscale new products for high-volume production. You will drive process development, define critical parameters, and lead trials while collaborating closely with Development, Production, Quality and Engineering teams.

You will investigate yield, run-rate, downtime, and quality issues using data-driven methods and maintain rigorous attention to quality, compliance, and safety across the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing and scale-up.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with autonomy and attention to quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scale-up of new products and processes from development through to full production.
• Define key process parameters and proactively identify risks during production trials.
• Investigate yield, run-rate, quality, and downtime issues through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Development, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Evaluate whether existing equipment and methods support scaled production demands.
• Provide technical expertise to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a steadfast focus on quality, compliance, and safety when addressing production challenges.
• Communicate clearly across teams to align on priorities and risks.
