Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is seeking an experienced Process Technologist to help upscale new products for high-volume production. You will drive process development, define critical parameters, and lead trials while collaborating closely with Development, Production, Quality and Engineering teams.

You will investigate yield, run-rate, downtime, and quality issues using data-driven methods and maintain rigorous attention to quality, compliance, and safety across the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing and scale-up.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with autonomy and attention to quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scale-up of new products and processes from development through to full production.

• Collaborating closely with Development, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to understand formulation and equipment constraints
• Evaluating whether existing equipment and methods effectively support scaled production demands
• Providing technical expertise to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining a steadfast focus on quality, compliance, and safety when addressing production challenges
• Communicating clearly and effectively across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and risks

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Food Science or a related scientific or technical discipline

• Confidence in working cross-functionally and managing your own workload autonomously
• A practical, hands-on approach with meticulous attention to quality and compliance standards
• Experience within FMCG manufacturing
• A background in process scale-up, industrialisation, or optimisation
