Job summary

TREATT is seeking a Process Development Scientist to scale laboratory processes for production, improving efficiency and product quality. You will drive scalable methods and troubleshoot during scale-up to meet quality standards.

The role requires close collaboration with Product Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Process Engineering to translate lab success into reliable, compliant production processes. Knowledge of GMP and process analytics is valued.
