Job summary

Zest Recruitment is looking for a hands-on Process Technologist to join a fast-paced UK manufacturing environment, driving development through to scale-up and launch. You will lead the process team and own site-based NPD/EPD projects from handover to launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet technical and operational criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process team and collaborate closely with NPD to deliver products to launch efficiently.
• Act as the site‑based resource within the development department, owning and managing NPD and EPD projects from process handover to launch.
• From site approval, head up projects, process handover and execution of successful scale‑up of products into the factory, meeting customer and business expectations while satisfying all technical and operational criteria in a high critical path.
• Deliver a timely and faultless successful launch supported by the relevant site functions.
