PVF Scaffolding Ltd in Exeter is launching a CISRS training centre and seeks an experienced scaffolder ready to transition into training and assessment. You will train, coach and assess delegates from day one, with full training provided.

The role combines hands-on centre setup, mentoring apprentices and progressing to lead trainer, with a relocation package and salary between £43,000 and £53,000 per year. Ideal candidates will have extensive CISRS qualifications, be willing to travel for

Qualifications

• CISRS Scaffolder card held for 10+ years.
• 5+ years as a charge-hand, foreman or supervisor.
• Good IT skills and excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel for shadowing and live near Exeter.
• Right to work in the UK. We cannot offer visa sponsorship.
• CISRS Advanced card.
• Experience of coaching or mentoring apprentices and new starters.

Responsibilities

• Help set up the centre: training area, materials and records.
• Teach, coach and assess delegates as you are approved to.
• Support and motivate learners, adapting delivery to their needs.
• Keep accurate learner records to CISRS and PVF standards.

package tailored to you. Salary £43,000 – £53,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
