Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a ServiceNow Test Manager for a Preston-based contract with hybrid work (70% remote, 30% onsite). The role requires SC clearance and operates Inside IR35, offering daily rates in the £575–£610 range.

You will lead testing readiness, governance, and operational transition activities across cross-functional teams, delivering robust V&V, ORR, and ELS support while coordinating with suppliers to ensure timelines and outcomes are met.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM processes (Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB).
• Proven ability to operate within SIAM/OI environments and support Service Transition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern test strategies and test plans with V&V support across multiple teams.
• Lead and contribute to Service Transition activities, including ORR, readiness assessments, and ELS support.
• Facilitate workshops and lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) to ensure readiness and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain momentum across workstreams.

Our Client is hiring for a reputed client and needs an SC cleared ServiceNow Test Manager to help drive testing readiness, governance, and operational transition activities in a cross-functional environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Support ServiceNow ITSM processes across key service areas, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB management
• Lead and contribute to Service Transition activities, including Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), readiness assessments, and Early Life Support (ELS) support
• Develop and govern test strategies and test plans, supporting Verification & Validation (V&V) activity across multiple teams
• Facilitate workshops and lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRR)
• Manage stakeholders and support governance forums and boards to ensure readiness and delivery outcomes are achieved
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain momentum across workstreams

What you'll bring:

• Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM processes (Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB management)
• Proven ability to operate within SIAM/OI environments and support Service Transition
• Experience conducting Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR) and readiness assessments, including Early Life Support (ELS) activities
• Strong test governance experience-creating and governing test strategies and test plans, with V&V support
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management experience, including leadership for Test Readiness Reviews (TRR)
• Confidence coordinating across suppliers and multiple teams to drive readiness outcomes
