Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to join our multidisciplinary teams across Corsham, Bristol and London on hybrid basis. You will drive user research across complex defence programmes, turning evidence into measurable outcomes that improve services.

You'll plan and run interviews, usability tests and discovery activities, synthesize findings, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Active SC Clearance is required.
Strong User Research experience across programmes.
Experience planning and delivering end-to-end research activities.
Ability to select appropriate research methods for different challenges.
Experience analysing and synthesising complex research findings.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user research across complex programmes.
Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research activities.
Run user interviews, usability testing and discovery research.
Analyse research findings and identify actionable insights.
Create research reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Service Designers, Interaction Designers, Content Designers and Delivery teams.
Champion user-centred design across projects.
Help teams make informed decisions based on user evidence.
