Job summary

Computacenter Nottingham is seeking a Test Analyst to join the Test & Validation Management Team. The role focuses on testing of in-scope applications and services to protect customers’ IT environments from adverse release impacts, guiding the full test lifecycle from planning to defect management and final release recommendations.

Qualifications

• PC literate with ability to use standard MS Office applications, including Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage defects to resolution.
• Maintain and create test cases.
• Produce test plans, reports and metrics.
• Schedule testing activities and resources.
• Monitor progress of testing activities.
• Create and maintain documentation on systems.
• Ensure testing schedule is fully authorised.
• Coordinate work across teams at multiple locations.
• Communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain SLAs and KPIs for testing.
• Contribute to process or service improvements.
• Perform duties as directed by the Test Manager.
