Job summary

Getlink in the UK seeks a Commercial Business Support Tester to back testing, validation and implementation of changes to Passenger Commercial systems. You will work with the Commercial Division, MIS and stakeholders to support delivery, provide user support and maintain business rules.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and solid IT skills, including Excel/Word/Outlook. Experience with Jira or Xray and Agile is desirable.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with methodical organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; able to create clear documentation.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and independent working.
• Experience with testing of software or systems is desirable.
• ISTQB Foundation level certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute test scenarios and strategies for system changes.
• Analyse results, provide recommendations and meet timescales.
• Create user stories and test for new developments and bug fixes.
• Identify and communicate defects through resolution.
• Provide first-line user support and produce end-user documentation.
• Collaborate with MIS and stakeholders to ensure compliance with business rules.
• Maintain transactional communications and participate in production releases.
