Job summary

You will plan, execute and document tests, manage defects, coordinate with teams across locations, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement in a security-conscious setting.

Qualifications

• PC literate with good MS Office skills and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage defects to resolution
• Maintain and create test cases
• Produce test plans, test reports and test metrics
• Schedule in the testing activities and relevant resources
• Monitor the progress of the testing activities
• Create and maintain the relevant documentation on various systems
• Ensure the testing schedule has been fully authorised
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at various locations
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain SLAs and KPIs for testing activities
• Comply with all audit requirements applicable to Test Management process
• Contribute to any process or service improvement initiatives
• Perform duties as directed by the Test Manager
